Membership Policy

Payments, Refunds, & Cancellations

All payments are final for all membership plans. There are no refunds for any plans that are paid for. You can choose to cancel your membership at anytime. If you cancel a membership, you will continue to hold that membership for the time that is paid for - then once the subscription period has ended, so will the membership. 

For example, if you purchase a monthly plan and pay for the current month then cancel halfway through that month. Your membership will be active until the month's end, to which we will no longer charge for upcoming months. Once again, there are no refunds for subscription payments - even if you cancel immedietely after order placement. 

Shipping (Platinum Membership)

Every month we ship one hand-picked vinyl record to all platinum members based off their customizations. Shipping is free for customers. 

Any records received for the Record of the Month are not exchangable unless significantly damaged or unuseable. You have 7 days after receiving your shipment to report a damaged item. If an item does arrive damaged, then it will be replaced with the same record unless there is no more available stock of that item to send - in which case a different record will be sent.

Record Of the Month

If you choose to become a Platinum Member, you will automatically be inducted into our Record of the Month Club! Get a personalized vinyl record every month, tailored specifically for you based off the questionnaire you fill out at sign-up! Not only do you get all the benefits included in the Bronze and Gold plans, but you also get a special vinyl every month to add to your collection. The best part is shipping is free! You become a member and we do the rest!

The records we send every month are based off of the preferences you set when you fill out the sign-up questionnaire. You have the ability to request specific vinyls that you're looking for. If we don't have those specific vinyls readily available, we will then work on aquiring any records you asked for while we send different ones based off your preferences every month.
